We first installed our Eagle Cold Foil Systems in June 2015 and it’s lived up to every promise made by Eagle President Mike King. We’ve learned to not only respect Mike, but trust him. Eagle continues to prove that they’re indeed one manufacturer that cares enough to ensure we’re maximising our capabilities and and ROI with their system.

The main reason we purchased the Kluge EHG was to enable us to bring die cutting, foiling and embossing in-house. These are all processes that previously we were outsourcing and, with ever increasing pressures on delivery times, we were finding it was these processes that were causing bottlenecks in production. By taking control, we are now able to turnaround jobs even faster and there are very few jobs that now need to leave the shop floor before going out for delivery. The foiling and embossing on the Kluge EHG is far superior to anything we have seen before. The crisp, deep finish of the embossing particularly impresses us and perfectly complements the other range of finishes we are able to produce in-house. This has allowed us to push out into more specialist and luxury markets.

We had only vaguely heard of Kluge before stumbling upon their Omnifold folding & gluing system at a trade show but, having invested in the machine and got to know them well, we find their products and service second to none. Indeed, the OmniFold 3000 is so fast and easy to use it has allowed us to reduce our prices and that is already attracting new clients who hitherto hadn’t considered us for this type of work.

The training on our Kluge platen press was fantastic and the engineer who installed it was brilliant at showing us how to run it. Even now we still call AeTee about really challenging jobs and they always have helpful suggestions. The on-going support has been excellent.
